NOTE: Not all dealers will accept a firearm for transfer. Customers are responsible for confirming with the selected dealer that he will accept the firearm for transfer. Customers should expect to pay an additional fee to the dealer for this service. A firearm returned to USFA for non payment of this fee is subject to additional shipping charges in addition to any re-stocking fees.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS Effective March 1, 2007, all returns for both warranty and non-warranty work must have a Return Authorization Number (RA number). USFA products carry a life time warranty to the original owner as long as the firearm remains in proof.   All fire arms returned to USFA for warranty repair will incur a $35 shipping and handling fee for return to the owner. On warranty items, USFA will pay for overnight return shipping to the owner. The RA Number must be clearly indicated on the package or the package will not be accepted. Contact USFA Service for this number.

Most repairs are completed and returned promptly. For guns returned for extra cylinders and or fitting for stocks, the time to complete the work is subject to part availability.
